Homer Long, 85, of Judsonia, passed away July 9, 2017 at Unity Health in Searcy.  He was born May 11, 1932 at Bradford to the late Homer and Alma Cook Long.
     Mr. Long served in the Air Force and most recently worked for the White County Area Agency on Aging.
     In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara Long; one son, Jerry Long; one step son, Daryl Luhrsen; two step daughters, Danita Smith and Dianne Sorrels; and two brothers, John Long and Bob Long.
     He is survived by one son, Ron Long of Velvet Ridge; step daughter, Debbie Miller (Bobby) Judsonia; one step son, Dennis Luhrsen; two sisters, Dorothy Goodenough (Russell) and Maelene Salmons (William); seventeen grandchildren, and eighteen great grandchildren.

     No services have been scheduled following cremation.
