Yvonne Good Freeman, 72, of Kensett, passed away July 20, 2020 at her residence. She was born March 12, 1948 at Searcy to the late Carl and Pearly Acree Good.
Mrs. Freeman was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a member of West Point Baptist Church and retired from factory work at ITT in Searcy. She loved to socialize with her family and friends. She looked forward to her “Class of 66” get-togethers as well as her outings with the “Doniphan Chicks”. Before her health failed, she loved to play with the grandchildren, often riding bicycles with them.
She married Wayne Freeman February 14, 1969 at Searcy. He preceded her in death March 2, 2018. Along with her husband and parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Thomas Good.
She is survived by a son, Kenneth Freeman (Melissa) of Kensett; four grandchildren, Zackery Wade, Abbey Freeman, Danielle North (Heath) and Brooklyn Freeman (Nick); four great grandchildren, Noelle, Baileigh, Scarlett, and Lily; three sisters, Marie Hercamp, Nancy Hodges, and Linda Johnson; as well as one brother, Don Good (Becky).
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at Sullivan Funeral Care. Funeral services will be 10:00 a.m. Thursday, in the Sullivan Memorial Chapel with burial following at Kensett Cemetery.
