Robert Handley

Robert Lee Handley, Jr., 47, of Higginson went to be with the Lord August 28, 2021 at Unity Health Hospital in Searcy.  He was born June 2, 1974 to the Robert Lee Sr. and Sula Sawyer Handley. 
     He married the love of his life Amanda (Johnson) Handley on December 10, 2005.  Robert attended Kensett High School. Robert was a hard-working man, always providing for his family.  He started working at a young age with Burger King as a manager, Land O’Frost for 17 years and lastly at ABBCO for 3 years as a supervisor.  Robert Loved the Lord and was saved at Living Water Tabernacle in Judsonia and most recently was a member of Liberty Light Apostolic Church in Bald Knob.
     Robert is survived by his loving wife, Amanda; his mother, Sula Handley (Bradford); three children, Scarlett, Victoria, and Simeon all of Higginson; sister, Ruthann Kimberling; and he was loved by lots of nieces and nephews whom he was a father to.  Robert was preceded in death by his father, Robert Sr.
     Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Thursday September 2, 2021 at Sullivan Funeral Care with funeral services 2:00 p.m. Friday in the Sullivan Memorial Chapel.
