Melissa (Moore) Talley

Melissa Moore Talley, 56, of Romance, passed away April 19, 2020 at Unity Health following complications from a severe stroke.  She was born December 2, 1963 at Batesville, Arkansas.
     Following the loss of an infant child, Melissa became involved with and was an assistant coordinator with Angel Wings Infant Loss support group.  She was a loving mother, but enjoyed being a grandmother most of all, in which her grandchildren were the loves of her life.
     She was preceded in death by her husband, Ed Talley; daughter, Christian Ashley Talley; and father, Joe Moore.
     She is survived by her mother, Carolyn Rains Cooper of Searcy; son, Johnathan Talley of Judsonia; two step sons; three step daughters; two granddaughters, Braidyn Faye and Christian Faith Talley; a sister, Cindy Adkins (Jeff) of Bald Knob; brother, Joshua Moore of Jonesboro; as well as many other step grandchildren and extended family.
     In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Sparrows Promise Foster Children Program in Searcy.
     A private family ceremony will be held at a later date.
