Louis Harris

Louis Harris, Jr., 70, of Beebe, passed away May 2, 2021 at UAMS in Little Rock.  He was born April 5, 1951 at Little Rock to the late Louis Sr. and Willie Rae Harris.
     Louis served in the US Navy and loved working on cars and drag racing.  He enjoyed nature and outdoors as well.  He had kept lots of animals as pets as well as hunting game.  He was also very particular about his yard and enjoyed finding any excuse to mow.
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Joyce Morris and Patsy Harris.
     He married Pam Covington Harris December 4, 1971 at Beebe; she survives.  He is also survived by a son, Terry Harris (Brandy) of Beebe; grandchildren, Jessie and Andrew Harris; great granddaughter, Luna; three brothers, Jerry, Wayne, and Bobby Harris; two sister, Betty Lou Harris and Kathy Latourrette of Searcy; and a close nephew, Robert Bush.
     Memorial services will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in the Sullivan Memorial Chapel.
