Larry McCroskey

Larry McCroskey of Ward passed from this life on January 19, 2023 in his home. Larry was born to the late Bill and Janette McCroskey. Larry graduated from Cabot High School and attended ASU Jonesboro. Larry owned and operated The General Store in Ward for a time in the 90s. He also spent his life in farming, including dairy, beef cattle, goats, and hay. Larry enjoyed the outdoors, reading, writing, and spending time with friends. 

Larry was proceeded in death by his mother, Saletha Janette, just one month earlier, and by his father, Bill McCroskey. Larry is survived by two brothers Danny and Dennis McCroskey, both of Ward. His nephew, Thurman McCroskey (Anjie), two great nephews, Brice McCroskey (Kassidy), and Brandon McCroskey (Courtney), one great niece Jordyn McCroskey, two great-great nieces, Kinsley and Raenah McCroskey, and some very good friends including Billy Harris and Junior Rowland. 

Per Larry’s wishes, there will not be any funeral services.
