Jimmy Smith

Jimmy Smith, 76, of Bald Knob, passed away February 26, 2020 at Unity Health.  He was born June 2, 1943 at Bradford to the late Elmer and Avice Fraser Smith.
     Jimmy graduated Bradford High School in 1961 and was a member of Velvet Ridge Church of God.  He worked hard, enjoyed his life, had a great sense of humor, but most of all he loved his family and church. 
     In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Lavon and Eugene Smith; two sisters, Zeretta Rhew and Ruthel Wilkinson.
     He married Jeany Nelson Smith April 25, 1986 at Searcy who survives.  He is also survived by a son, Chance Duncan of Bald Knob; two step daughters, Kim Green (Robert) of Conway and Tammy Bohnna (Ken) of Rogers; three grandchildren, Robyn, Sumer, and Chas; four great grandchildren, Tristian, Fiona, Jerilyn, and Julian; one sister, Dortha Thompson; as well as numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
