Georgia (Reynolds) Ferguson

Georgia Reynolds Ferguson, 78, of Searcy, passed away May 6, 2020 at Unity Health in Searcy.  She was born November 30, 1941 at Grapevine, Arkansas to the late Bo and Bernice Hamilton Reynolds.
     Georgia graduated from Grapevine High School in 1959 and was a member of Temple Baptist Church in Searcy.  She was a 35-year employee of Timex Corporation in Little Rock.  She was a loving mother and grandmother and will be remembered for being a great cook and her love of sweets.  She also enjoyed gardening and her beautiful flowers.
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Robert Ferguson in 2008; and two sisters, Kitsey Purtle and Linda Sue Reynolds.
     She is survived by two sons, Mickey Gentry (Kim) and Doug Gentry (Renee) both of Searcy; by a step son, Kent Ferguson (Mitzi) and a step daughter, Kay Carman (Richard), all of Benton;  Nine grandchildren, Jonathan Allen, Jenny Cromer (Bennett), Leslea Zeno (Lila), Lindsey Davis (Matt), Andy Ferguson, Ryan Gentry (Shay), Jordan Bettis (Marcus), Paige Gentry, and Caleb Gentry; seven great grandchildren, Jaxson Allen, Reeves and Rylee Cromer, Gentry Davis, Lochlann and Liam Gentry, and Lawson Zeno; two sisters Virgina Lites of Grapevine and Mary Jo Wilson (Thomas) of White Hall; and one brother RC Reynolds of White Hall. 
      A visitation will be 5-7 p.m. Friday, May 8, 2020 at Sullivan Funeral Care in Kensett.  Please exercise social distancing and preferably wear a facemask if you plan to attend.  Capacity at this time is to remain at 50.  Graveside services will be 1:00 p.m. Saturday May 9, 2020 at Grave Hill Cemetery near Benton, Arkansas.
