Erma May Brookshire

Erma May Brookshire entered into life on May 2, 1966. She was born to Mary May Smith and Roy Brent Smith in French Camp, California. She married her true soulmate David late in life and they were blessed with four beautiful children, David II, Stephanie, Stephen and Michael. Although she was a valiant warrior, Erma lost her fight against ovarian cancer on May 23, 2022.

 She is survived by her loving and devoted husband, sister, children, grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends and cherished loved-ones.

Erma accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior Sunday, May 1, 2022. Not only did God embrace her as His child that day, but he has now welcomed her to live with Him forever in his kingdom. It is with great sadness that we say goodbye to Erma on this day. She will live with us forever in our hearts and minds as she walks with the Lord waiting to see us again.

Visitation will be from 10:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Sullivan Funeral Care-Memorial Chapel, with graveside services to follow in Dogwood Cemetery in Griffithville.
