David Hubbard

David Hubbard, 41, of Higginson, passed away May 20, 2020 at Baptist Health in North Little Rock.  He was born March 7, 1979 at Helena, Arkansas.
     He attended Barton High School at West Helena as well as ASU Beebe.  He had been employed with Land O’Frost in Searcy for 17 years.  In 2014, he began a career as a Law Enforcement Officer, which he thoroughly loved.  He worked for the Kensett and most recently the Higginson Police Departments. 
     He was preceded in death by his father, Rocky Hubbard and grandparents, David and Dorothy Harper.
     David married Ashley Bullard Hubbard July 14, 2001 at West Helena; she survives.  He is also survived by his beloved daughter, Peyton Hubbard; parents, Beverly Harper Mallard (Danny Paul) of Rondo, Arkansas; two sisters, Nicole Rohrscheib (Leonard) of Lexa, Arkansas and Sarah Reynolds (Michael) of Monroe, Arkansas; brother, Alan Hubbard of Conway; nieces and nephews, Parker, Reed, Hannah, Allie, Elizabeth, and Logan; a special aunt, Jerri Harper; a host of cousins; as well as numerous other extended family and friends.
     Visitation will be 3:00 p.m. Saturday , May 23, 2020 at Sullivan Funeral Care.  Funeral services are 4:00 p.m. Saturday in the Sullivan Memorial Chapel with cremation following.
