My dear friend Cecil was one of a kind! That soothing voice of his was amazing & when he would sing Happy Birthday to me every year.... I loved it! His sense of humor always had me in stitches! I know that you are making God laugh now too Cecil! I love you & will miss you so much! My love goes out to all his family....which I consider my family too! Cherish every moment you all had together...

The kindness, love and acceptance that was granted to me in the Elledge home is priceless. The laughter that bellowed through this wonderful home makes me giggle to this day. Cecil was an amazing man and daddy, he blessed me with not only a friend...a sister. I love you Patti. Sending prayers on the wings of angels to you and your family.
