Buster F Davis

Buster Franklin Davis, 79, of Higginson, passed away August 14, 2021, at Advanced Care Hospital in Searcy.  He was born October 9, 1941, at Wheatley, Arkansas to the late Reuben and Della Vinson Davis.
     Mr. Davis was an avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed riding horses, atv’s and motorcycles as well as doing some metal detecting on the side as well.  He worked in a factory for many years but was a painter as well.
     He married Patsy Hamm Davis December 28, 1960, at Wheatley, Arkansas; she survives.  He is also survived by three children, Patricia Cass (Robert) of Cleveland, Tennessee, Ronnie Davis (Lonna) of Atlanta, Georgia, and Rodney Davis (Nancy) of Bartlett, Tennessee; four grandchildren, Cody Cass, Rizia Davis, Clark Davis, and Gabrielle Davis; three great grandchildren, Aiden Davis, Ian Davis, and Noah Dowdney; as well as one brother, Gene Davis of Slidell, Louisiana.
     Graveside services are 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, August 17, 2021, at Lakeside Cemetery in Des Arc.
