Betty Jo Beals

Betty Jo Beals, 91, of Judsonia, passed away June 29, 2022 at The Crossing at Riverside in Searcy.  She was born April 19, 1931 at Newport to the late Oscar and Jesse Acre Hale.
     In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Beals; a daughter, Linda Stacks; grandson, Bryan Haer; great grandson, Brayden Stacks; and three sisters, Odell Wilson, Virginia Fuller, and Mildred Ax.
     She is survived by one son, Steve Gassaway (Linda) of Searcy; four granddaughters, Rhonda Raper (Chris) of Searcy, Jennifer Wiggs of Beebe, Jamie Stallings (Brian) of Bald Knob, and Jackie Stacks of Bald Knob; nine great grandchildren and two great great gradchildren.
     Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, July 2, 2022 in the Sullivan Memorial Chapel with visitation will begin at 1:00 p.m.   Burial will follow at Harmony Cemetery.
