Michele Houston Bourgeois, 45, of Pangburn, went to be with the Lord March 8, 2017 following a valiant fight with lung cancer.  She was born November 5, 1971 at Heber Springs, Arkansas.
     Michele was a 1990 graduate of Pangburn High School and attended Oak Grove Community Church.  Her family was her life; she was a loving mother, grandmother, and wife, and loved taking care of her grandson, until her health failed.  She loved photography, capturing every moment, from babies to sunsets to the moon at night.
     She was preceded in death by her mother, Margie Hendrix Houston.
     She married Dean Bourgeois September 9, 1990 at Pangburn, Arkansas; he survives.  She is also survived by her father, Ardell Houston; son, Alec Bourgeois (Shelbi); daughters, Sydney Bourgeois and Hannah Bourgeois; grandson, Eli Grady Smith; and brother, Arlie Houston (Rhonda) as well as a host of nephews, nieces and friends.
     The family will have memorial services 6 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, 2017 at Pangburn High School Performing Arts Center with Bro. Denver Gillespie officiating.
