Patricia Thorne, 76, of Kensett, passed from this life surrounded by her family September 18, 2017 at her residence.  She was born February 19, 1941 at Fairview, Oklahoma to the late William and Velva Krisup Gould.
     She was a member of Kensett United Methodist Church and love to read, sew, crochet and work on crafts; but most of all she loved her grandchildren.
    In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by one grandson, Carlton McCracken; four brothers and five sisters.
     She married Cecil Thorne January 13, 1963 at Apple Springs, Texas; he survives.  She is also survived by one son, Robert Thorne (Laurie) of Bald Knob; two daughters, Marie Weatherhog (Luke) of Searcy and Teresa Phillips (Todd) of Kensett; seven grandchildren Michael McCracken of Kensett, Bobby Delagarza of Searcy, William Delagarza of Searcy, Matthew Phillips (April) of Kensett, Patricia Middleton (Justin) of Bald Knob, Jenna Bowls (Lane) of England, and Celia Phillips of Kensett; six great grandchildren, Katelyn, Hunter, Sadie, Mason, Charlee, and Levi; as well as a host of extended family and friends.
     The family will have a memorial service 4 p.m. Saturday, September 23, 2017 at Kensett United Methodist Church.
